The Inn has an excellent location being 1 block from Main Street and walking distance to all Ouray's unique shops, restaurants, hiking trails, hot springs, Via Ferrata, Ice Park, and so much more. In the winter months, the China Clipper has been said to resemble a Hallmark movie with its romantic, magical architecture up against the snow. Ouray was voted the Outdoor Recreation Capital of Colorado so it is truly a year round adventure for tourists. It is also close to skiing in Telluride and Durango, and has cross country skiing right in the area, along with snow shoeing and ice skating.
